Alloy
white cast iron oil pump cylinder
sheath is a new high and new technology
product (patent no.: ZL-00258662.2)
developed and manufactured by
our company.
The
new material-alloy white cast
iron adopted in the product is
the matrix material made by adding
certain proportion of chrome,
silicon, manganese and other elements
through centrifugal casting based
on repeated research and development,
and its hardness could reach HRC62-64
after repeated special treatment.
Because the new material is adopted
in the product with unique fabrication
method, hence it could perfectly
solve the problem of synchronous
and dual increase of corrosion
proof and abrasion proof and could
reduce the phenomena of dregs,
hole shrinking, and so on, and
it’s an ideal replacement product
for the existing oil pump cylinder
sheath. The abrasion prevention
effect is particularly obvious
while using the oil pump cylinder
sheath manufactured by our company
in areas with large sand content
and high content of sulfur and
chlorine ions in the wells and
large temperature variations of
wells. The 744 deep well oil pump
cylinder sheath manufactured by
our company with new material
has been test used by Jilin Oilfield
and Daqing Oilfield with wonderful
effect. No.108-1 Well of Jilin
Oilfield used the oil pump cylinder
sheath manufactured by our company
on October 2, 2001, and the sheath
is still in service for the well,
with the service term more than
2 years, which has greatly extended
the pump inspection period. It
could also reduce the pump inspection
cost, save oil extraction cost
with considerable economic benefit
and social benefit besides the
increase of unit well output.
The
technical dimensions, processing
precision and various indexes
of the product have reached the
standard of SY/T5059-2000. |
