The
disassembled combinable casing
head is a new well mouth device
manufactured by our company by
introducing the national patent
(patent no.: ZL-00258441.7), referring
to American technology and after
improvement and innovation. It’s
mainly used to seal the circular
space between surface level sleeve
and Class I and II technical sleeve
and various levels sleeves of
oil level, which could reach the
purpose of one-time input and
permanent use.
The
product consists of flange, lock
ring, main body, slip seat, slip,
bolt, root gasket, lower sealing
gasket, O-ring gasket, upper sealing
gasket, upper cap, technological
bolt, plug and other components,
which not only has the characteristics
of small volume, light weight,
low height, actual installation
convenience and flexibility, and
so on but also could be exposed
on ground after completion of
well drilling, so that it’s convenient
to later maintenance for the circular
space between the oil level and
surface and surface casing. The
casing head serial products manufactured
by our company could be used in
parallel by 2 to 3 according to
different well situations, and
the structural innovation is the
pressure between the casing head
and the main body is below 34.5
Mpa, the casing main body is directly
connected with the surface casing
screw thread, the flange ring
and lock ring are used are tools
to be directly connected with
various types of well drilling
blowout preventers, which has
solved the technical key of connection
with the big flange of well drilling
blowout preventer. After installation
of technical casings on well,
the abrasion prevention gasket
manufactured by our company could
be used for on-site installation
on various specifications of technical
casings, which has completely
solved the problem of technical
casing abrasion in the process
of well drilling. The internal
slip device is put into the main
body of casing head by means of
closing technique casing, the
internal structure is altered
by adopting the principle of pressure
increase, expansion and fastening,
and the sealing rubber root is
activated automatically, which
has realized the complete sealing
between the slip and the main
body of casing head and hanging
technique casing, and then the
casing head and the hanging technique
casing is completed turning into
one after installing the upper
cap and the Class II and III sealing
gaskets. The abrasion prevention
gasket could be dismantled after
completing well drilling, and
then the Christmas tree could
be installed directly to constitute
the oil extraction (gas) well
mouth device.

level of well mouth installation,
could shorten the well construction
period, could reduce the worker’s
